Calling All Penguin Enthusiasts – Big and Small!
Join us at London Zoo on Sunday 28 September 2025 for the launch of The Penguin Book of Penguins – a celebration of all things penguin in the heart of the Zoo!
Location: The Garden Room (next to the Terrace Restaurant)
Drop-in Sessions (first come, first served – max 25 people per session):
- Session 1: 11:00am – 11:45am
- Session 2: 12:00pm – 12:45pm
- Session 4: 1:30pm – 2:15pm
- Session 3: 2:30pm – 3:15pm
No booking required for the drop-in sessions – just turn up and join the fun (but be quick, spaces are limited!).
Meet the brilliant authors Dr Peter Fretwell and Lisa Fretwell, who will be presenting fascinating insights from the book, followed by a Q&A session for you to discover some incredible facts and stories. Whether you're a lifelong penguin lover or just curious to learn more, this is the perfect way to waddle into the world of these incredible birds! Expect stories, science, and surprises – all in one flipper-tastic afternoon!
