Simply fill in the form below to let us know which membership package you would like to upgrade to – we will then deduct the cost of your tickets from your membership when we process your order.

Before you upgrade, please have your Zoo ticket order number to hand and tell us which membership you would like to upgrade your ticket to. Which membership is right for you? Tickets will be deducted on a like-for-like basis.
If your ticket purchase included a donation, please note that we cannot deduct this from the cost of the membership.
As Family tickets are offered at a special rate, the ticket price to be deducted from a new membership are calculated on the basis that the Family ticket (3 people) is treated as the equivalent of 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket and a Family ticket (4 people) is treated as the equivalent of 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets.
If you have any children aged up to 3 years old, they will need their own separate free membership package and do not need to be added to family memberships. Please add them in the relevant Under 3s section of the form.
