Lost something during your visit to London Zoo?
You can report an item as lost using the form below and one of our team will be in touch with you if the item has been found.
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, some personal items may need to be disposed of immediately i.e. scarves, drinking bottles and perishable food items. All other lost property may take a little longer to be sorted and returned.
We hold lost property for six weeks. After this time, if not collected, it is donated to a local charity shop.
