London Zoo Gift Shop
No Zoo visit is complete without a trip to our award-winning London Zoo Gift Shop!
The London Zoo Gift Shop is located within Barclay Court, before the Exit to the Zoo, with a huge selection of sustainably sourced products, souvenirs and gifts including lots of cuddly soft toys that will suit all budgets, as well as snacks, drinks, and ice creams. Preview all of our wonderful products by visiting the online shop - Gifts for Animal Lovers | ZSL Shop. The Exit gift shop is open daily from 10am until Zoo closing time.
We have a selection of smaller seasonal pop-up shops, and vending machines located across the zoo to help you with zoo essentials to use throughout your day such as the London Zoo Souvenir Guidebook, wet weather items to ice cream and drinks. London Zoo Gift Shop – Sustainability
By purchasing products from the London Zoo Gift Shop and our online shop Gifts for Animal Lovers | ZSL Shop, you are directly supporting our vital global conservation work as well as supporting our Zoo’s. You can help us save animals on the brink of extinction, protect critical species, and restore healthy ecosystems.
All of our products come from ethical and sustainable suppliers. We use environmentally conscious packaging, our products are FSC® and PEFC® certified, and made of recyclable and environmentally sustainable materials.
With a keen focus on lessening environmental impact, we carefully select eco-conscious suppliers and materials for our merchandise.
London Zoo extends its commitment to sustainability to packaging as well, opting for eco-friendly materials like recycled or biodegradable options to reduce plastic use and waste. The zoo's dedication also translates into minimising transportation emissions by sourcing products locally whenever possible.

Purchase a souvenir guidebook from this location, to hep you get around the zoo and learn amazing facts and information about our incredible animals.
Cold drinks, snacks, and ice creams available as well as all weather essentials as well as day to day essentials such as paracetamol, sanitary-ware & plasters.
Reptile Kiosk is the location to hire strollers, and mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and Mobility scooters. Pre-order mobility aids Accessibility | London Zoo – pay and collect at this location, and return to the London Zoo Gift Shop at the exit to receive your deposit back.
Stroller hire is also available on a first come first serve basis and are not pre-bookable. We have both single and double strollers, suitable for children up to 5 year old. A £15 refundable deposit is requires as well as a hire fee of £15 for a double and £10 a single.
Penguin Beach Shop
Open daily from April – October, trades 11.30 – 1 hour before Zoo closes
Stocks a small range of Penguin soft toys, pocket money items, drinks and ice creams. Ask the team to show you how we identify our penguins by their bracelets.
Tiny Giants Kiosk
Open daily from April – October, trades 11.30 – 1 hour before Zoo closes
Ice cream, snacks and drinks available here.
Please note food & drinks are not allowed into the Squirrel Monkey & Spiders walk throughs.
Mobility Scooters, Wheelchairs & Pushchair Hires
Reptile Kiosk is the location to hire strollers, and mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and Mobility scooters. Pre-order mobility aids Accessibility | London Zoo – pay and collect at this location, and return to the London Zoo Gift Shop at the exit to receive your deposit back.

Education groups
If you are part of an education group and would like to preorder items, please review your school pack from the education team which will include details of how to order items.
We welcome supervised group visit to our gift shops. If you need any additional assistance on the day please speak to a member of staff and we will be happy to help.
London Zoo Gift Shop Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to all our Gold Members on production of a valid Gold Member card, in all of our shops across site.
We also offer a 10% discount to those staying at the London Zoo Lodges, or if you have taken part in any of our onsite animal experiences, proof of ticket will be required.
We extend a 10% discount to our multiple Corporate partners – a valid company ID will be need to be shown at point of payment.
