200th Anniversary Tours for 2026

Join us each month for a different tour showcasing incredible aspects of our 200 year history! The tours will be lead by one of our knowledgeable Zoo Presenters who will share fun facts and fascinating insights into animals, people and architecture at the Zoo. See below for information about each tour. 

Please note: tour tickets are free but must be booked in advance. Admission to the Zoo must be purchased separately. 

2026 Tour Dates

  • Zoo and You - 5 April, 25 April, 3 May, 23 May (tickets released on 15 March at 9am)
  • Pop Culture - 7 June, 27 June, 5 July, 25 July, 2 August, 22 August (tickets released on 17 May at 9am)
  • Grand Designs - 6 September, 26 September, 4 October,  24 October (tickets released on 16 August at 9am)
  • Hope for the Future - 1 November, 21 November, 6 December, 30 December (tickets released on 11 October at 9am)

Meeting Point

Tours will start at 11:30am by the What's On Board at the Main Entrance with a finish time of approximately 12:30pm.
