How do I buy?
Buying a London Zoo animal experience voucher is simple. There are two ways you can buy:
- Choose an amount towards the full cost of the experience by selecting £50, £100 or £150. Any remaining amount will need to be paid when the voucher is redeemed.
- Pay the full amount of the experience (note: prices are per participant). Check the price in the table below, enter the amount in the "Other Amount" box.

How are experience vouchers redeemed?
When a voucher is ready to be redeemed. Navigate to the specific experience website page and follow the journey through our payment portal. At checkout, enter the voucher code in your confirmation email.
If the voucher covers the cost of the experience, they'll be nothing to pay. If your voucher partially covers the cost of the experience, the remainder of the value of the experience will need to be paid.
