Reviews of the London Zoo Lodge experience

  • "We have had the best experience. The lodges were gorgeous, quaint, and equipped with all we needed, fun. Being so close to Bhanu and Arya was just amazing. The members of staff who gave us tours were so interesting, informative and fun. we learnt so much. Even though we have visited the zoo many many times this experience was completely different! We will definitely be booking this experience again, my 6 year old was hooked and was interested from start to finish. The food was amazing. We honestly can't thank you enough!"
    - London Zoo Feedback, April 2023
  • "What a fantastic experience! The lodges were comfortable, cute and charming. The staff were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. We were welcomed into our lodges to settle in, then had welcome drinks and our first tour of the evening which started with a very loud welcome from the male lion! Was a great adventure, with lots of interesting things to see and learn. Well worth the money with 2 days entry to the zoo, free parking, 3 informative tours, dinner and breakfast and an overnight stay in London."
    - TripAdvisor, April 2023
  • "The best thing about staying at the zoo is the intimacy with the animals you experience when the crowds have gone, as well as being told insider secrets by the well-informed and endlessly upbeat guides. Off-peak it’s also incredible value for two days at the zoo, two meals, a complimentary drink on arrival, three tours and a night’s accommodation in extraordinary surroundings."
    - The Independent
  • "A great way to visit London Zoo! The keepers who led us on the tours (evening, night and early morning) were excellent - extremely knowledgeable and informative - learnt so more about the animals that we visited! The lodges were clustered in a discreet location - like being in a small jungle camp. They were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the 2 course dinner (between the evening and night tours) and the generous buffet breakfast. All of the staff were excellent."
